1.1 Acceptance of Contractual Terms
By browsing, accessing, or purchasing products or premium consulting sessions (including micro-consultancy under Interior Buddy) from this platform, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions, including our referenced Privacy and Cancellation policies. If you do not agree to all terms, please immediately terminate usage of this platform.
1.2 Eligibility of Use
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding financial contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Access is prohibited for individuals declared legally incompetent.

Curation & Materials
Livinora.com lists premium furniture, structural decor, lighting elements, and custom design layouts. Images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible; however, actual wood grain grains, laminate hues, and material textures may slightly vary due to natural compositions and screen calibrations.
On-Demand Advisory (Interior Buddy)
The platform provides 15-minute express consultation calls. This advice is provided in good faith based entirely on the site metrics, photos, or videos uploaded by you. It constitutes structural recommendations and does not substitute for certified structural engineering assessments or local regulatory clearances.
1.4 Pricing and Financial Terms
All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant statutory taxes (GST) unless indicated explicitly otherwise. We reserve the absolute right to modify pricing tiers, service fee benchmarks, or consultation retainers without prior notice.
The Company utilizes accredited secure payment processing aggregates (Razorpay / Cashfree) to clear collections.
1.5 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpaceFusion Pvt. Ltd., its directors, associates, executive employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, or consequential structural damages, material losses, or project delays stemming on your site due to advice rendered via our interfaces, or adjustments executed by your external carpentry/contracting teams. Our total cumulative financial liability under any legal claim is strictly capped at the exact financial amount paid by you to the platform for that specific service/product.
1.6 Governing Law & Choice of Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are formulated and governed strictly under the provisions of the laws of India. Any litigation, consumer complaints, or legal actions originating from these transactions must be filed exclusively inside the appropriate judicial courts located in Mumbai or Thane, Maharashtra.
