3.1 Cancellations for Micro-Consultancy Sessions (Interior Buddy)
Once an instant callback booking is requested, and a fee of ₹200 (or premium slot pricing) is processed, the reservation is immediate. Because our technical specialists are assigned to evaluate your file right away, the session fee cannot be canceled or modified.
Exception - Full Refund Applies When:
- Our systems experience an unresolvable technical outage, OR
- An outbound specialist fails to place the scheduled callback within a maximum of 45 minutes of your slot time.
In such cases, a 100% manual refund will be generated.
3.2 Premium Curation & Custom Furniture Orders
Due to the bespoke, premium nature of our design inventory, item collections are classified under distinct rules:
Custom / Bespoke Furniture & Materials
No CancelOrders involving tailored sizing, specific fabric selections, wood polishes, or custom laminate configurations cannot be canceled or changed once production or material sourcing begins - typically 24 hours from payment confirmation.
Ready-to-Ship Standard Decor
Pre-DispatchOrders can be canceled before the logistical dispatch occurs by emailing support at hello@livinora.com. Once a shipment is picked up by our logistics partner, cancellation is barred.
3.3 Return Framework for Defective Materials
Returns are entertained strictly under conditions where an item:
- Arrives damaged during transit
- Exhibits manufacturing defects
- Does not match the dimensions ordered
Required within 48 Hours of Receipt
To authorize a structural return, the customer must email a clear video showing the initial unboxing of the materials along with order receipts within 48 hours of package receipt.
3.4 Processing Timelines for Approved Refunds
Once a return or cancellation is cleared by the auditing committee of SpaceFusion Pvt. Ltd., the financial credit will be initiated:
Return / Cancellation Approved
Cleared by SpaceFusion auditing committee.
Refund Initiated
Funds routed back via the original payment channel (UPI account or bank card source).
Credit Received - 5 to 7 Operational Banking Days
As per standard banking protocol in India.
